Refund policy

Every Bawla product is printed on demand, especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size selection - please check the size chart before ordering.

We will happily replace your order free of cost if: the product arrives damaged or defective, the print is incorrect or of poor quality, or you received the wrong product or size due to our error.

To claim a replacement, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved replacements are printed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5-7 business days of approval.

Cancellations are possible only before your order goes to print - usually within 12 hours of placing it. Once printed, an order cannot be cancelled.
